As churches grow, there are certain times and growth barriers that they can get stuck on. Why do churches get stuck? Two main reasons are often given; they need to create better systems and process, and those that have been a part of the church find it difficult to see things changing. Those are two real and legitimate reasons. Today we share a third, and it has to do with poor leadership. Let us explain!
