Asking others to consider joining staff through support raising is a great benefit for a number of reasons. Church plants, as we all know, are often very tight on money, but that doesn’t mean churches can’t still have more than one staff position from the very beginning. In this episode, we discuss three reasons in particular that it is a good idea for lead pastors in particular to invite others to join staff through support raising.
